- Terrible, toxic environment in Bratislava MAC OS team - Bratislava MAC OS team is the worst team in sense of people I have ever met - Team is pretty arrogant and unable to cooperate with remote sides, they prefer email communication instead usual calls - Team members act behind your back unable to tell something directly - Team is enormously unsatisfied, this is exactly how they present themselves to newbies from the beginning - There is no freedom or place to discussion, always wins somebody with higher level - Indeed all these problems are because the quality of managers - Some of the managers are completely missing soft skills (e.g. communication) but all of them simply don't want to hurt themselves and solve problems - alibistic behaviour
